Meditating and Living in Right View

This instruction will be useful in the application for all methods of meditation. Master Sheng Yen had a prerequisite of his Dharma Heirs that they must have Right View. Gilbert will share his understanding of Right View and practice related to Right View. This training will enable the practitioner to properly sit in meditation from the Buddha Mind perception and not from the illusory ego. The difference in the practice is dramatic.

Gilbert Gutierrez精通武術、氣功，禪修經驗近四十年。2002年獲聖嚴法師印可，成為第五位在家西方法子，法名淨劍傳慧。除在加州南部主持 Riverside 禪坐會外，亦常於法鼓山洛杉磯道場授課講學，並在北美各處帶領禪修。
Gilbert Gutierrez承襲傳統禪宗宗風，老婆心切，激勵學人精進參究。本次禪七除禪坐外，將特別著重正見之建立、方法之應用以及正確修行態度之培養。

【活動對象】初級禪訓班結業，熟悉放鬆、數息方法，一次禪七以上經驗，並願意連續七日體驗禪修，發心精進修行者，其他請參照報名資格詳報名簡章。

- 活動期間，需隨眾作息；未經總護法師同意，不得擅自離開活動營區。
- 本活動須住宿（自備睡袋或薄被）。
- 活動期間提供素食。請尊重道場文化，勿在道場內吃葷食、吸煙及嚼檳榔。
- 活動期間請勿：使用手機、拍照、錄音。
- 為方便打坐，請著寬鬆衣褲（運動褲、休閒褲均可），勿著短褲、牛仔褲、裙子、無袖或暴露上衣。
- 請勿攜帶貴重物品。
- 報到時請協助將手機交由報到人員保管。
